Job Duties

  • assists in the facilitation of meetings and events such as FFA, HOSA, DECA, FBLA, career fairs, and College and Career Ready programs for achieving CTE objectives
  • attends meetings to gather, convey information, and record minutes
  • collaborates with teachers, administrators, and school departments to implement and maintain CTE services, including assisting with promotions and events
  • compiles data for reports such as testing results, Perkins Funding Report, and Senior Pathway Completers
  • coordinates online testing to deliver services in compliance with guidelines
  • supports students across K-12 to have valuable CTE experiences by assisting with cluster assignments
  • maintains manual and electronic instructional files and records for documentation and funding compliance
  • performs clerical functions including copying, scheduling, emailing, faxing, filing, and data entry
  • prepares written documents like meeting minutes and reports to communicate information
  • processes surplus materials and equipment following district policies
  • promotes Alpine School District's CTE program through fairs, announcements, and flyers to increase interest and participation
  • performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient functioning of the work unit
