Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in customer service or front desk
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to handle high volume phone calls
- Computer proficiency including electronic charting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Must be easy going and friendly

- At least 2 years' experience in a customer service, receptionist or front desk position
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Job Duties
- Interacting in a high-volume patient practice
- Learning schedule needs - checking patients in and out
- Being computer savvy with electronic forms
- Making recall appointments and confirming schedules
- Collecting payments and co-pays
- Verifying insurance eligibility and contacting insurances when applicable
- Working with office managers and operations team to resolve issues and answer questions
