Job Duties
- Answer phones, transfer to the appropriate staff member or take detailed phone message
- Greet clients and direct them to the correct staff member
- Scan documents to be entered into the patient’s medical records
- Maintain office filing
- Set appointments
- Type documents and reports
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank
- Keep office area clean and tidy
- Other duties as assigned
