Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in dispatching, scheduling, or workforce coordination
- familiarity with operational environments such as utilities, construction, maintenance, transportation, or service delivery
- strong data entry accuracy
- excellent time-management and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, operations management, or related field is preferred
- experience in dispatching, scheduling, workforce coordination, field operations, or similar role
- familiarity with operational environments such as utilities, construction, maintenance, transportation, or service delivery
- strong data entry accuracy and ability to track job progress in real time
- excellent time-management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Monitor the proper staging of the galleys on the dock making sure that all galleys are available for uploading based on the dock sheet
- direct the actual loading of the galleys into the trucks and extend help to teams under time constraint
- coordinate with the controller/supervisors on any changes of flight assignment to respective teams
- ensure that all equipment changes are being staged properly and meets the appropriate service ready time
- verify and cover all missing items from the galley before the same is actually loaded in the trucks
- ensure on-time dock departure of the teams in coordination with the dispatcher
- regularly check the cooler and the entire loading dock for carts or items that might have been left by the teams
