Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of supervision in a production area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience must include inventory management and KPIs
- A physical exam and lift test will be conducted as a part of the hiring process for this position
- ServSafe certification within 3 months of hire and maintenance thereafter
- Microsoft office and computer experience
- Inventory management experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Align with strategic plan from CSC GM and develop dashboards or other tools needed to track KPIs
- Ensure the proper documentation of safety and food safety training for all employees (students and staff)
- Coordinate with area supervisors the student employee needs and make sure When to Work is up to date and utilized
- Develop and execute action plans for the yearly engagement survey to improve employee satisfaction
- Be an advocate for safety and participate in the Dining Services Safety Committee
- Support the creation of policies and procedures that enhance the operation at the CSC
- Prepare an agenda and conduct the weekly staff meeting when needed
