Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of supervision in a production area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience must include inventory management and KPIs
  • A physical exam and lift test will be conducted as a part of the hiring process for this position
  • ServSafe certification within 3 months of hire and maintenance thereafter
  • Microsoft office and computer experience
  • Inventory management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience developing KPIs and tools to track performance
  • ServSafe certification within 3 months of hire and maintenance thereafter
  • Inventory management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Align with strategic plan from CSC GM and develop dashboards or other tools needed to track KPIs
  • Ensure the proper documentation of safety and food safety training for all employees (students and staff)
  • Coordinate with area supervisors the student employee needs and make sure When to Work is up to date and utilized
  • Develop and execute action plans for the yearly engagement survey to improve employee satisfaction
  • Be an advocate for safety and participate in the Dining Services Safety Committee
  • Support the creation of policies and procedures that enhance the operation at the CSC
  • Prepare an agenda and conduct the weekly staff meeting when needed
