Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology or related field
  • experience with digital restaurant technologies such as Crunchtime, R365, Harri preferred
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • proficiency in English
  • bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • customer service experience
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • experience in vendor management and collaboration with corporate leadership
  • experience writing technical documentation and knowledgebase articles
  • experience with system user and security administration

Job Duties

  • Leads in maintenance and updates to digital restaurant technologies
  • collaborates with corporate leadership to identify, evaluate and implement digital technology solutions
  • manage relationship with vendors and products
  • oversees recipe maintenance
  • manage electronic interfaces with distributors to update order guides and bid sheets
  • ensure the successful transmission and receipt of electronic orders and invoices
  • lead internal troubleshooting of system issues with IT Help Desk
  • lead external troubleshooting to resolve reported issues and manage escalation to vendor support
  • oversee system administration including user logins and security, restaurants, reporting hierarchies and key system tables
  • coordinate installation, testing and evaluation of solutions in a lab environment
  • manage deployment of selected solutions to the restaurants
  • work with Operations teams to develop effective labor scheduling templates
  • support Training teams for development of training materials and system roll-out
  • coordinate user acceptance testing and support pilot restaurants
  • provide hands-on management and delivery of multiple projects to meet technology and business requirements on time and within budget
  • develop knowledgebase articles for Help Desk
  • ensure technical documentation is written for reference during troubleshooting and future development
  • proactively identify and resolve issues, document and communicate status and escalate as appropriate
  • answer calls from restaurant managers regarding system problems or questions
  • develop and maintain reports and ad hoc queries
  • keep abreast of new technologies and evaluate and report on new initiatives
  • maintain confidentiality of sensitive company material and information
  • keep manager and key personnel informed of assignment and system status via communication and reports
  • provide weekends, holiday and nighttime support as necessary
  • occasional travel
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • ability to quickly learn and maneuver in systems
  • maintain strong analytical and problem-solving skills
