Job Requirements
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when dressing cookies
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods
- Flexibility to work around busy seasons including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to work in a hot, busy environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet customers enthusiastically and assist with orders and recommendations
- Watch weekly dressing videos for each cookie or dessert
- Decorate and present finished products to customers
- Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished goods
- Assist customers in placing and verifying orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
- Restock supplies and prepare workstations for upcoming shifts
