Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 pounds
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
- Must be able to commute to Dedham, MA 02026

Job Duties
- Instinctively serves the customer with a smile and genuine intentions to provide customers with a great experience
- Follows Crumbl recipes with exactness and care paying close attention to the details of each cookie ensuring consistency and highest quality
- Ensures cookie presentation is detailed with no steps skipped producing warm, delicious and visually appealing products
- Maintains cleanliness and order of equipment, utensils and kitchen areas keeping them safe and presentable
- Collaborates with team members supporting other business tasks and fostering a team-oriented environment
- Works efficiently to deliver exceptional service and products promptly creating memorable customer experiences
- Uses Crumbl business technology applications efficiently and stays current on all training
- Safely and properly operates kitchen equipment and utensils
- Meets physical demands including lifting 30+ lbs and standing for the duration of the shift
