Job Requirements
- Have a GED or high school diploma
- Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Qualify for U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credential
- Obtain Transportation Workers Identification Credential
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Pass physical exam and drug screening
- Have a reasonably clear background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior hospitality or related experience preferred
- Basic culinary or food preparation skills for cooking roles
- Knowledge of housekeeping or janitorial duties
- Able to work effectively in team environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare food in the galley under supervision
- Assist in serving food and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry and stateroom areas
- Provide housekeeping services including room cleaning and restocking
- Perform janitorial tasks in galley and hotel spaces
- Deliver excellent customer service to passengers
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
