Job Requirements
- Have a GED or high school diploma
- Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Qualify for U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) and Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien
- Pass physical exam and drug screen
- Have a reasonably clear background
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Orlando, FL before starting work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Recent and relevant experience in hospitality or related shipboard roles
- Ability to work full-time with flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- US citizenship or permanent resident status required
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in hospitality
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to instructions and hygiene standards
- Assist waiters in delivering excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness in laundry and utility areas
- Attend to guest staterooms ensuring cleanliness and comfort
- Perform janitorial duties in galley and hotel areas
- Serve food and beverages to guests following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere
