Job Requirements

  • Have a GED or high school diploma
  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Qualify for U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) and Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien
  • Pass physical exam and drug screen
  • Have a reasonably clear background
  • Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Orlando, FL before starting work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Recent and relevant experience in hospitality or related shipboard roles
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • US citizenship or permanent resident status required
  • Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in hospitality

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to instructions and hygiene standards
  • Assist waiters in delivering excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness in laundry and utility areas
  • Attend to guest staterooms ensuring cleanliness and comfort
  • Perform janitorial duties in galley and hotel areas
