Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Possess or ability to obtain a valid Nevada state driver’s license or identification credential
- Must obtain OSHA-30 General Industry Training Program Completion Card within 15 days of hire
- Ability to work varied shifts including day, swing, or graveyard
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted
- Must pass pre-employment screening including criminal history and drug screening
- Willingness to work up to 938 hours per calendar year
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in event setup or related field preferred
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Valid Nevada state driver’s license or Identification Credential
- OSHA-30 General Industry Training Program Completion Card within 15 days of hire
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds unassisted
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient setup of event-related elements at Craig Ranch Regional Park
- Maintain and upkeep all event equipment and infrastructure
- Oversee teardown operations following events
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to facilitate smooth event logistics
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance during event setup and breakdown
- Assist in moving and lifting heavy materials up to 100 pounds
- Communicate effectively to address any issues arising during events
