Job Requirements

  • Ability to manage airport operations independently
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends, holidays, and be available 24/7 for operational issues
  • Possession and maintenance of a valid US state driver’s license
  • Ability to handle stressful and irregular operational situations calmly
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds consistently
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
  • Ability to operate computers and radio communication equipment
  • Ability to pass all pre-screening clearances applicable
  • Flexible availability to work all shifts when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous operational or service experience
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operational and financial performance of assigned station
  • Monitor performance metrics and initiate corrective actions as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security requirements including checkpoint and government security controls
  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a positive work environment and strong employee relations
  • Solicit and respond to customer feedback to enhance travel experience
  • Provide coaching and guidance to station team to meet operational goals
  • Manage station budget, staffing forecasts, and resource allocation
  • Maintain station facilities, equipment, and professional appearance standards
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit and station control standards
  • Foster strong relationships with airport authorities, vendors, and government agencies
  • Manage vendor service contracts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
