Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older for Crowd Manager position
- reliable and steady transportation
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- innovative and self-motivated
- physically capable of standing for long periods and climbing stairs
- ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds
- able to work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions
- available to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to work in loud environments
- must project an approachable and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- familiarity with venue layouts and ticketing processes advantageous
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- positive attitude and professional appearance
Job Duties
- assist guests with seating and event information
- direct guests within MECA-managed facilities
- oversee crowd movements during events
- enforce facility policies and procedures
- identify and report emergencies to appropriate contacts
- monitor guest behavior
- assist with ticket verification and scanning
- maintain cleanliness in seating areas
- support premium seating operations
- assist in elevator operations
- secure multiple concourse locations
- collaborate with team members to ensure safety and guest satisfaction
