Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience managing volunteers or staff
- availability to work early Sunday mornings and other scheduled times
- reliable and trustworthy with cash handling responsibilities
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
- commitment to the church’s mission and values
Job Qualifications
- demonstrated leadership ability in managing teams or volunteers
- experience in hospitality, food service, or café management preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking skills

- basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management
- ability to work early Sunday mornings and other scheduled times
- familiarity with maintaining cleanliness standards in food service environments
Job Duties
- work with the co-manager to recruit volunteers and schedule them to work in the café
- oversee all scheduled café workers
- ensure all café workers represent Crossway Church well
- oversee the preparation and serving of coffee on Sunday mornings plus other scheduled times
- maintain a clean and organized café environment ensuring proper cleaning procedures after each shift
- restock supplies and ensure the coffee bar is ready for service
- ensure only designated café workers handle payment processing and cash transactions
- maintain accurate inventory records for book sales and reconcile them with transactions
- balance the cash register at the end of the day ensuring a 100 dollar cash reserve in the envelope
- secure sales revenue in the designated locked drawer
- report to the executive pastor
