Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum nine months prior airline or aviation experience preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type minimum 30 words per minute
- Must pass DOT-required drug screening and FAA tests
- Must pass TSA background and fingerprint checks
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to comply with safety regulations
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously
- Provide check-in assistance and handle ticketing changes
- Check and accept passenger baggage according to policies
- Board and deplane flights while assisting passengers as needed
- Provide accurate gate information and respond to inquiries
- Assist passengers with special needs and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements including HAZMAT and security
- Communicate clearly with passengers, crew, and vendors for smooth operations
- Ensure safety and security of ramp area according to procedures
- Monitor passenger safety during boarding and deplaning
- Marshal aircraft on the ramp and direct parking
- Observe ground-handling procedures and report equipment issues
- Perform duties of Ground Security Coordinator
- Handle baggage and company materials carefully
- Service aircraft including lavatory, water, and de-icing
- Assist with ramp setup and equipment storage
- Perform additional duties as assigned
