Job Requirements
- no formal education required
- previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to effectively communicate in English
- capable of standing for extended periods
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- physical ability to perform kitchen and FOH duties safely and efficiently

Job Duties
- Prep all assigned products according to company standards
- prepare protein for cooking, including defrosting and proper storage
- cook proteins following company guidelines
- clean workstations and grill thoroughly
- communicate special order requests between front of house and back of house
- coordinate with FOH team to prepare adequate protein quantities during peak periods
- rotate defrosted protein to ensure freshness
- prepare rice according to company standards
- cook vegetables during assigned shifts
- ensure meal freshness and quality
- follow company portioning standards for bowls and plates
- perform dishwashing duties and organize small wares and equipment
- prepare BOH stations for daily operations
- clean BOH areas as needed
- organize and properly store inventory
- ensure guest experience meets company standards in FOH
- accurately input orders into POS system
- handle POS transactions including refunds and modifications
- expedite and fulfill orders efficiently
- deliver meals to guests promptly
- execute FOH service standards
- build rapport with guests and establish professional customer relationships
- communicate promotional programs and menu ingredients to guests
- handle substitutions and meal pricing inquiries
- coordinate special requests with BOH and other team members
- perform side work including sauce and condiment portioning and takeout order preparation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH areas
