Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customs or trade compliance preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products proficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Qualifications
- Experience in customs operations customs brokerage or trade compliance within logistics or supply chain preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Prepare and review customs documentation including import and export declarations commercial invoices packing lists and other customs paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper retention of customs-related documents
- Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues while providing updates on shipment status
- Coordinate and schedule shipment dispatch working with drivers warehouse staff and stakeholders
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address transit issues
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and prepare operational performance reports
- Review and verify shipment documentation before billing and prepare pre-billing reports
- Collaborate with the billing department to resolve discrepancies and facilitate accurate invoicing
- Oversee customs clearance processes including classification valuation and duty determination
- Ensure compliance with customs laws regulations and company policies
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams procurement logistics and sales and liaise with customs authorities and external partners
