Job Requirements
- IDPH/NREMT certification required
- Must have critical care license required
- Must have paramedic license required
- Illinois driver’s license in good standing
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent
- Fit for duty (push/pull/lift/squat/stand/sit)
- Must pass pre-employment physical

- CPR certification preferred
- Previous experience in ambulance or emergency medical services preferred
Job Duties
- Provide standard EMT/Paramedic skills to care for patients
- Maintain communication effectively and efficiently with co-workers and dispatch
- Clear and professional interactions and communication with hospital and nursing staff
- Deliver compassionate care to patients and their families
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior
