Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Preferred 2 years of applicable culinary experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Must maintain health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Attend Broadmoor skills courses
- Attend semi frequent field trips
- Participate in assigned kitchen rotations every 3 months
- Complete 2,000 hours worked within 18 months
- Complete Manage First Hospitality Accounting, Purchasing, Human Resource Management and Supervision courses
- Complete ServSafe Manager Certification
- Assist with maintaining the Broadmoor Farm
- Assist with operation of various stations during a la carte service
- Assist with preparing and executing banquet events
- Assist in preparation of all menu items in assigned area daily
- Organize product, equipment, and necessary paperwork
- Follow portion control, food presentation, consistency, and flavor standards
- Check coolers for proper food rotation
- Maintain ServSafe and health department standards
- Complete mise en place and pars to set up the station
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Work cohesively as part of a team
- Focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous
- Uphold all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Take required breaks with supervisor notification
- Perform other duties as assigned
