Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in the food service industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies

Job Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team members to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Resolve customer complaints and ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
