Job Duties
- maintain high level of customer satisfaction to meet company standards including engaging guests, making eye contact, smiling, and giving full attention
- understand fun center procedures pertaining to guest services, redemption, special events, laser tag, elements, carts, and/or concessions as assigned
- consistently keep the registration, redemption, and/or concessions area clean, organized and well-stocked
- perform all crew and janitorial duties as needed
- sell and process access cards, birthday packages, and/or concession items on point-of-sale terminals and make accurate change
- offer additional elements and/or games to complement guest's order
- maintain adequate cash funds and notify manager of need for cash drops
- ensure all elements, restrooms, and party room areas are empty at night's end
- conduct crowd control
- control inventory levels at concessions and redemption
- perform other duties as assigned by management
