This job opportunity is with a new restaurant location opening soon in Odessa, Texas, at 2750 E. Yukon Road. The establishment is part of a larger franchise network offering the iconic McDonald's fast-food experience, but it is operated by an independent franchisee. This position provides a unique chance to be involved in a brand-new restaurant from the ground up, including initial training at various Odessa locations such as Odessa Loves, 42nd and Coliseum, Odessa University, and HWY 191/Home Depot. Job Requirements
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- obtain and maintain a valid Texas food handler certificate
- able to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
- have a side of smile by helping customers order and making menu recommendations
- focus on the food by preparing and presenting food following all food safety policies
- ensure a memorable visit by maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- understand that teamwork is key by working collaboratively with team members to meet goals and have fun
- be present by arriving on time and clocking in for all shifts to ensure customer service continuity
