Job Description
This job posting is for a new restaurant location opening at 2750 E. Yukon Road, Odessa, Texas, under the ownership and operation of an independent McDonald's franchisee. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a separate business entity from McDonald's USA. All employment matters - including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling - are managed exclusively by the franchisee, making them your direct employer. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must obtain and maintain a food handler certificate valid in Texas
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are satisfied
- Have a side of smile by helping customers order and making menu recommendations
- Focus on the food by preparing and presenting food according to food safety policies
- Ensure a memorable visit by maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Understand that teamwork is key by working closely with team members to meet goals and foster a positive workplace
- Be present by arriving on time and clocking in for all scheduled shifts
