Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant that is part of the McDonald’s franchise system but owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. This means that while the franchisee uses the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products, the employment relationship and all associated responsibilities such as hiring, firing, staffing, discipline, and scheduling are exclusively managed by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. If hired, you will work directly under the franchisee’s management and not under McDonald’s corporate employment structure. This distinction highlights the autonomy of the franchisee in employment decisions and day-to-day management of the restaurant.
