This job opportunity is at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This independent franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products, which they utilize in the daily operation of the restaurant. However, the franchisee functions as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA, which means all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are the sole responsibility of the franchisee.
