Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, brand, and food products but operates as a distinct and separate entity from McDonald’s USA. This means all employment matters, such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are handled solely by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA does not manage or influence employment decisions, nor does it retain applications or play any role in the recruitment process.
