This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, one of the most recognized and beloved fast-food brands worldwide. Unlike a corporate McDonald's location, this restaurant is independently managed by a franchisee who holds the license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and trademarks. However, the franchisee functions as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA, managing all employment-related matters such as hiring, scheduling, discipline, and staffing independently.
