Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant, distinct from McDonald's USA corporate entity. This franchisee has obtained the license to utilize McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a separate company and employer. Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Willingness to perform multitasking duties
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Perform combined duties taking orders, preparing, and serving food and beverages and cleaning duties
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
