The position being offered is with a restaurant that operates under the McDonald’s brand but is owned and managed by an independent franchisee. This means that while the restaurant uses McDonald’s logos, food products, and branding, it is not part of McDonald’s USA corporate structure. Instead, it is run by a separate company that holds a license to operate a McDonald’s restaurant.
