This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, this franchisee operates as a separate legal entity and employer, licensed to use McDonald's branding and food products. The franchisee independently manages all employment-related activities, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee supervision. McDonald's USA is not involved in the hiring process or day-to-day operational management of this restaurant. If hired, your employment contract will be with the franchisee, and you will report directly to the franchise's management and leadership team.

Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years to work
- Availability for part-time hours between 8am and 8pm
- Ability to follow instructions and prep routines accurately
- Willingness to learn and develop customer service skills
- Capacity to work cooperatively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and handle customer interactions professionally

Job Duties
- Set up the restaurant for success by prepping appropriate amounts of food for the day
- Follow updated E-Production and Daily Produce Prep Chart to complete proper prep routines
- Assist in optimized prep line management during show time hours
- Stock kitchen with frozen, refrigerated, and dry stock according to usage charts
- Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
- Offer help with ordering kiosks and assist guests needing extra hands
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and provide any additional needs
- Ensure children receive kid treats
- Handle customer concerns and provide excellent service
- Communicate feedback and recommendations to restaurant team to improve operations
