This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant, distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's branding and food products, operating the restaurant as a separate business entity. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not manage these affairs and does not receive applications or participate in hiring decisions. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
- offer help with using the ordering kiosks
- offer assistance to those in need of extra hands
- check with customers to ensure satisfaction and see if they need anything else
- ensure kids receive a kid treat
- handle any customer concerns
- communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
