Job Description
This restaurant is a locally owned and independently operated McDonald’s franchise. While it proudly serves the iconic McDonald’s menu and uses licensed branding, it is run by a dedicated franchisee who handles all aspects of employment and operations independently of McDonald’s USA. This means that the restaurant offers all the familiarity and quality associated with McDonald’s but under the unique management and culture of the franchisee, who is responsible for staffing, scheduling, employee relations, and all employment decisions.

Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capable of standing for extended periods
- ability to follow hygiene and safety guidelines
- commitment to teamwork and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- friendly and customer-service oriented attitude
- previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite meals
- prepare all menu items following McDonald’s standards
- collaborate with managers and team members to meet daily operational goals
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- support team efforts during busy periods to ensure smooth service
