Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee operating a McDonald's restaurant, separate from McDonald's USA. While the franchisee uses McDonald’s logos and food products under license, they are a distinct company responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and discipline. This means that if hired, you will be working for the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee manages all employment-related processes, and McDonald's USA has no involvement in these decisions or access to applications submitted.
