This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald's iconic logos and food products, running the restaurant independently from McDonald's USA, which means the franchisee is the actual employer for this position. McDonald's USA does not oversee the employment processes such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, or scheduling at this location.
