Job Requirements
- Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry items up to 50pounds
- comfortable working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- deliver food to customers in a fast and friendly manner
- address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a positive attitude
- maintain a welcoming and clean environment in the dining and service areas
- prepare and cook food items according to McDonald’s recipes and standards
- assemble and package food orders accurately and efficiently once they are placed
- maintain food safety and quality standards at all times
- work quickly and efficiently to keep up with customer demand, especially during peak times
- ensure all food items are prepared and assembled in a timely manner
- work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean workspace
- perform routine cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen and service areas tidy
