This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding. This franchisee operates separately from McDonald's USA and manages all employment-related matters independently. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees in the restaurant. McDonald's USA itself does not have any control or involvement in the hiring process or employment decisions at this restaurant; it solely licenses its brand and products to the franchisee.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Available to work part-time or full-time shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 16 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
