Unlike McDonald's USA, which is the parent company known globally for its fast-food services, this particular restaurant is owned by a licensee who holds the rights to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products. As an independent franchisee, this owner operates separately from McDonald's USA, meaning that all employment decisions, managerial duties, and staffing responsibilities at this restaurant are solely the purview of the franchisee. Therefore, any prospective employee who joins this team will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
