This job opportunity is with a independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise. While this franchisee operates under the McDonald’s brand and uses its logos and products, it is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, staffing, and supervision. McDonald’s USA does not control or participate in these employment decisions and will not have access to your application or involvement in the hiring process. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic
