This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products but operates autonomously, managing all employment aspects such as hiring, firing, supervision, scheduling, and staffing. As such, any employment decisions, including applications and interviews, are solely the responsibility of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.

Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age or older
- possess an outstanding attitude
- willingness to learn and grow
- capability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
- able to work part-time or full-time shifts including breakfast, lunch, and late nights
- comply with all health and safety protocols
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or food service experience is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- able to perform fast-paced work efficiently
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic
