This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, separate from McDonald's USA corporate operations. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products and manages the restaurant's employment, staffing, and scheduling independently. McDonald's USA oversees brand standards but does not control employment decisions for this location. As such, if hired, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
