This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, which operates under a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, but remains a separate business entity from McDonald's USA. This distinction means that the employment relationship, including hiring, firing, discipline, and scheduling, is managed solely by the franchisee and not McDonald's USA.
