Job Description
This job opportunity is provided by an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise, separate from McDonald's USA. While the franchisee uses McDonald's branding and products under a licensing agreement, they are a distinct employer responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, training, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no involvement in these employment processes. This distinction is important as your employment contract and communications will be directly with the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
