This job posting is for a position at a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee owns a license that allows the use of McDonald's logos and sells McDonald's food products. However, the franchise organization is a separate company and functions independently in terms of employment matters. This means that any decisions relating to hiring, firing, scheduling, supervising, staffing, and discipline are made solely by the franchisee and not McDonald's USA.
