Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee who holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchisee operates independently and is a separate entity from McDonald's USA. The employer for this position will be the franchisee, which is solely responsible for all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • be at least 16 years old
  • possess a positive attitude
  • be willing to learn
  • able to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends
  • experience in customer service is a plus but not required
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • comply with health and safety standards
