This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed by McDonald's, not McDonald's USA itself. This means the franchisee operates the restaurant using McDonald's logos, brand, and food products under a licensing agreement, but is a separate legal entity and employer. The franchisee is fully responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, scheduling, supervision, and staffing of employees at the restaurant.
