While the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled exclusively by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. This means if you are hired, your employer will be the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- willingness to learn and develop customer service skills
