This job opportunity is with an independent restaurant franchisee who operates a McDonald's restaurant under a license agreement with McDonald's USA. This franchisee is a separate and distinct company from McDonald's USA and is solely responsible for all employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staffing within their restaurant. Although the restaurant uses the iconic McDonald's logos, menu, and products, the franchisee manages all daily operations on their own accord.
