Job Description
SLI Enterprises is an independent franchisee operating multiple McDonald’s restaurants throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including locations in Irving, Dallas, Mesquite, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Commerce, Italy, Waxahachie, Fairfield, Mexia, Corsicana, Ennis, and Terrell. As a franchisee, SLI Enterprises holds the license to use McDonald’s well-known logos and food products but remains a separate employer and entity from McDonald’s USA. This distinction means that all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed independently by SLI Enterprises without any involvement from McDonald’s USA.

Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- willingness to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends
- outstanding attitude
- ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to learning and growth
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience a plus
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong communication skills
- positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Job Duties
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic
