This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated independently under a franchise agreement with McDonald's. This means while the restaurant proudly uses McDonald's brand, logos, and menu offerings, it is owned and managed by an independent franchise operator, not McDonald's USA corporate. The franchisee holds exclusive responsibility for all employment matters, including hiring, disciplinary actions, supervision, and scheduling of employees.
