This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee manages its own operations, including staffing, hiring, and employee relations. The franchisee holds a licensed agreement to use McDonald's brand, logos, and food products but functions as a distinct and separate business entity. This distinction means that if you are hired, your employer will be the franchise owner, not McDonald's USA, and all employment matters such as hiring decisions, promotions, scheduling, and discipline are handled solely by the franchisee.
